No words needed.
I'm glad to see that the series has taken step away from standard stick mayhem.
1 weird thing though... how come sf is able to animate the big guy, bird, the muscly one, etc, but the Pegasus has to be drawn frame by frame :) ? I'm sure you're going to explain this in one of the future films.
let me think of an answer to that...
so the sf is able to make the pegasus come alive, but he chooses not to, because it would exist independently of the timeline and would not be embedded into it as an editable animation. also he is teaching the animator how to draw, so any quick fixes would spoil his growth.
lay of the crack pipe... seriously.
that was hard....
Commendable effort, but you're falling into the same pitfall as mainstream indie game developers.
Instead of adding the 3D gimmick, you should have concentrated on polishing the existing 2D engine, and adding a considerable amount of new content, gameplay features, etc.
3D makes it both harder to develop, and more frustrating to play in cases in which you cannot see level hazards because of the camera angle. It is generally proven that 3D sidescrolling platformers are a bad idea.
On the slight chance that you developed a smart way of converting the 2D layout to a 3D one without much effort, congratulations.... but you should have concentrated on something else.
It's not often I feel like having to login in order to rate and comment on a game. Well done.
